Your account and our system are different things and they open in different places. Pick the one that describes you.
Your account shows every legal matter we are carrying for you and where it has got to, the documents produced on each one, what has been billed and what is outstanding — alongside anything else Buzz does for you. Your account lives at its own private link. If you have lost it, put in the email address we hold for you and we will send it again.
Buzz OS is where matters, conflict checks, document automation, time and billing actually run. Sign in with your Buzz email. Two-factor authentication is enforced, so have your authenticator to hand.
There is nothing to log into until there is work to look at, and no account is created by browsing this site. If you want to know where you stand before speaking to anybody, the free legal healthcheck scores eight areas in about five minutes and gives you a report to keep.
Your account is not protected by a password you have to remember, because a password you set once and never use again is not security, it is an obstacle. It works in two parts instead. The link is private to you, and the first time you open it on a new device we email a six-digit code to a contact on your record. Entering that code signs that device in for thirty days.
That means the link on its own is not enough for anybody else, and losing the link costs you nothing — ask for it again and it comes back to the address we already hold. We never send it to an address you type in; we send it to the one on your record, which is the point.
